The best probiotic I've tried, can really feel a big difference in my overall wellbeing, my gut function and energy levels are markedly improved. I feel so much healthier than I have in ages- I've been through a few years of my body feeling like it's struggling to keep up, possibly from COVID and a tummy virus, but now I'm back to my normal self. Great product, works for me.
I started taking the Heights biotic on its own as I felt as though the probiotic I was taking previously wasn't doing anything. It wasn't until I went without it for a few days that I realised the difference it had already been making. I suffer from diverticular disease which flared up in the days I wasn't taking them (as my delivery got lost but not by Healf!) and overall I felt sluggish and uncomfortable. Since taking Heights I have noticed an improvement in my appetite and energy. I don't feel that I need the multivitamin too but would consider it if I started to feel a significant difference in my energy levels. So far so good!
