Suggested use
Measure & Mix: Combine 1.5ml of Liquid Biome+ with 10ml of water using the included cup.
Swish: Swish the mixture thoroughly around your mouth for 30 seconds.
Release: Spit out the mixture into the sink.

I used others like this in the past, but they're either expensive or leave a strange taste in the mouth - this one's great. You really don't need much, so does last a while, and also love the additional measuring cup it comes with - nive touch.

Really like that this product
Really like that this product is concentrated. You just mix with water to the strength you like the taste of and it is really refreshing. Definitely makes my mouth and teeth feel squeaky clean. Must be better than stripping out the good bacteria with harsher chemicals.

A little misleading as you
A little misleading as you don’t get the mixing cup as advertised. This makes using the product inconvenient, always having to remember take a glass into the bathroom each time you use it. The product itself seems fine but quite intense. It works and leaves you with fresh breath without all the alcohol and chemicals.
