I have been really impressed

Improved digestion and less brain fog
Been taking this tumeric supplement for a week now. 1ml every morning with a pint of water, juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. I can feel my stomach issues improving my the day. I feel less groggy in the mornings and more energy throughout the day. No need for my caffeine fix anymore. On decaf and more energy than ever.

Amazing
It works well for bloating and gut issues. Unfortunately, I have to take a break from it because of a side effect that I think it is causing. As far as inflammation, I saw no change, but I realize it is too soon for that. I would encourage anyone to use it. I hope to get back on it, but time will tell. It detoxifies which I didn't realize, and I know it is a good aspect, but my reactions are major. Please be aware my situation is rare with major health issues But when you can't afford holistic drs, this is what you do listen to health podcasts and research your own conditions. I thank you that you make some products affordable.
