I bought Boswellia as it
I bought Boswellia as it has been found to promote anti inflammatory effects with joint pain. I have been taking the recommended dose and after several weeks I haven't noticed my hand pain or stiffness as much so I will continue. Always use Fushi products because of there brand being organic and vegan and high quality plus Healf provide a fast and efficient service, generally getting them within a day or so of ordering.
