Collagen Protein Shake - Vanilla provides 14g of protein and 13g of collagen (Types I & III) in every serving. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, supports the maintenance of muscle mass, and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. The formula also contains all nine essential amino acids and naturally occurring glycine. I like that this product combines collagen and protein in one, making it easy to add to my routine and it’s a great flavour. I’ve not taken collagen before and it may be a coincidence, but my nails are feeling stronger after a few weeks of adding this to my breakfast smoothie. Definitely going to carry on using.

I have with my mold free coffee in the mornings with coconut milk. It tastes lovely, adds a frothy comforting texture, an easy way to get all the benefits in without even trying.
Bought multiple times already. Good taste and dissolves well. Doesn’t taste as good when at room temperature. For me, best taken when chilled / with cold water. I feel there is positive effects on my skin and muscles.
I have this on subscription and it's a great alternative to the whey and dairy proteins that I can't consume. I mix with my coffee and tastes great. Clean ingredients. Will keep repurchasing.
