I love this as a non-caffeine stimulant alternative, it’s an acquired taste, not amazing, but not toooo far away from a coffee/ roasted taste (so just pretend), gives me the boost and energy I need at any time of day, work out or not.
Gives me energy without caffeine, can use pre-workout or whenever you feel a slump. Uplifting and bitter like a coffee so good alternative. Not the best tasting but it fills the void and does a good job.
