Ingredients
Enzyme Blend: Fructan Hydrolase, Lactase, Alpha-Galactosidase, Dextrin
Suggested use
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of FODZYME® powder on lactose-containing foods or chew with the first bite. Take a second dose if continuing to eat after 30 minutes.

I can eat normal food for the first time in years!
FODZYME is brilliant. It has enabled me to eat garlic and onion and lentils and pulses for the first time in 5/6 years without pain. You do obviously have to follow the instructions, and it doesn't work (and doesn't claim to work) on fructose/polyols, but it enabled me to digest foods high in fructans, GOS and lactose without bloating/pain/IBS symptoms. I've been able to dine out comfortably for the first time, and it's made eating a balanced diet so much easier. Would 100% recommend.
