The Stagg EKG is loaded with features that take your brewing experience to the next level. Its To-the-Degree Temperature Control allows you to heat and maintain water at an exact temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius, eliminating any guesswork. Thanks to its powerful 1200-watt heating element, you’ll enjoy a rapid heat time, reaching your ideal brewing temperature quickly. The 60-Minute Hold Mode keeps your selected temperature steady for up to an hour, making it perfect for extended brewing sessions.
It also comes with a built-in PID Controller to ensure consistent temperature for reliable results, while the Brew Stopwatch allows you to time your brew precisely for optimal extraction. Plus, it has a precise gooseneck spout for easy, controlled pouring.
Crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, the Stagg EKG boasts a sleek, minimalist design that saves space on your countertop. With a generous 0.9L boiling capacity, you can heat multiple cups of water at once, making it perfect for sharing or enjoying several cups throughout the day.

To turn Stagg EKG on, press the dial and wait for the screen to light up.
To turn Stagg EKG off, press the dial and wait for the screen to turn black.
SET GOAL TEMPERATURE:
From the main screen when Stagg EKG is powered on, turn the dial to change the goal temperature. Turn the dial clockwise to increase the goal temperature. Turn the dial counterclockwise to decrease the goal temperature. Once you arrive at your desired temperature, stop turning the dial. Stagg EKG will display the set temperature for a moment and then begin heating to the desired temperature. If the kettle is ever removed and set back on the base, the kettle will start heating to your goal temperature right away.
IMPORTANT: If Pre-Boil is enabled, the kettle will first heat to boiling before cooling down to your goal temperature.

Beautiful to look at and love the colour. Honestly would prefer it to be bigger so it can hold enough water for 3 to 4 cups. Plus the lovely spout to be larger in circumference so you can pour faster. Still glad i bought it.
