Even though it says these glasses are for evenings, I found the tinting not enough to block the blue lights. I preferred the darker orange tints, which I found are much more effective in minimising interruption to sleep. But these are more practical for if you still want to have good colour perception when watching content on screen or working on screens, as the darker orange glasses completely change colour perception of images.
