I thought this was a scam because of all the marketing and some reviews saying it doesn't do much, but I genuinely feel a major difference when I take this. My sleep is better, I wake up feeling more rested, my mood is generally just stable and positive. Probably one of the best supplements that I've ever taken.
Took this product for 9 months after hearing about it on a podcast. Unfortunately I didn't notice any benefits from it. When I looked at the reviews on this product, a lot of people had said it helped them sleep deeper and their skin hair and nails looked better. But I didn't find that to be the case. I went back to using omega 3s and I found that to be more beneficial for me.
