Ingredients
Stoneground Brown Rice Flour (gluten free), Cholecalciferol prep., Vitamin K2 MK7 (Vitamin K2, calcium phosphate), Natural Rice Concentrate (NuFlow), Natural rice extract (NuMag), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).
Suggested use
Take 1 capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. With 4000iu being delivered in one tablet I've found this more convenient than the liquid drops I was previously taking. The combination of vitamin D3 with K2 is in it's most bioavailable form and I can be confident I am receiving a high quality dose of an essential daily vitamin to support my wellbeing.
