I really like this protein.
I really like this protein. The unflavoured one is very versatile and I use it to make protein shakes, pancakes and I even use it on cupcakes. The only thing I will say is that when I first started using it it took my body some time to get used to it. I had an upset stomach for at least a week but after a while I got used to it and it is all good now.
