Very gentle, no taste
This is a reputable brand and I don't want to take supplements from brands that are not tested or widely known. This brand is known for its minerals. I like that taking a couple of droppers of this a day gives me a broad spectrum of minerals, I know I get deficient in minerals and that they are destroyed by heating and processing more than vitamins in our food, and depleted from our soils. Totally tasteless, non-irritating to digestive tract.
