Suggested use
Use the tweezers to peel the ear seed off the strip. Place the seed on the same pressure points on both ears. Press gently to secure the seed to ear.

I’m honestly shocked by how well these work. First of all, the crystals look absolutely beautiful on the ears — they almost feel like an extra piece of jewelry, and I love that. It’s hard for me to say whether they help with other things yet, but for stress they’ve been amazing. I’m really surprised that something so small and simple, just sticking them on, can be this effective. I’ll definitely be buying more.
