Magnesium Malate Providing 225mg Elemental Magnesium, Capsule Shell (Hypromellose), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Vegetable Stearate)
Suggested use
It is recommended to take a dosage of 1500 mg (3 capsules) per day, on an empty stomach. This dosage provides about half of an adult’s daily magnesium requirement (225 mg of elemental magnesium). This dosage can be taken twice per day if working to correct a serious magnesium deficiency.
It is not recommended to exceed 6 capsules per day unless directed by a physician, as it is possible to get too much magnesium and 3000 mg of Magnesium Malate will provide a full day’s requirement before taking into account magnesium obtained through diet.
