Absolutely love these! I have never been able to grow my nails - a family thing as my parents are the same. They break, are brittle and have zero strength. Ever since I have taken these regularly, I actually have some nails and need to cut them regularly, whereas previously, they would have simply broken before they got long enough to cut!!
