The tablets themselves can be messy if they are not popped into your mouth straight away . . . . they tend to leave very bright coloured marks on your hands and eventually everything you touch afterwards.
Really impressed with the quality of this supplement. I like the combination of omega-3s from krill oil and the addition of astaxanthin for extra antioxidant support. Feels like a very premium formula and easy to take consistently.
