*Extremely big pills, overpriced and not plant based!
Huge disappointment! Paying over £40 for this was risky. Now, with the products in hand, I can honestly say there are much better alternatives out there. They've marketed this product very well but unfortunately this is not a clean product and the quality is not in line with the price. You get huge capsules made from bovine gelatin and you have to take 3 of them daily to get to any reasonable level of plant sterols (mixed with animal fats)! I'd ask for a refund if I could.

This product has helped with
This product has helped with feeling better - what I have noticed is my skin, joints, and improved energy. I bought it after reading how it might help reduce inflammation in the body. I can’t confirm this until blood work is done, but overall, I do feel better taking it. I would say yes. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the high cost, as it can be unsustainable if you are on a tight budget.
