Using a tampon-style sample collection, you insert and wear it for 20 minutes, even if you are not on your period. It is suitable during pregnancy, menopause or while using contraception.
Your sample is analysed in accredited laboratories using advanced molecular PCR technology. PCR detects and measures specific bacteria and fungi with high sensitivity and accuracy. The test reviews protective Lactobacilli, anaerobic bacteria linked to imbalance, Candida, and Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma. Results are available online within 5–10 days, alongside personalised insights and optional expert support.
Easy to use and refreshingly discreet compared to the swab tests I've come across before. As a nurse and nutritional therapist, I really rate the level of detail in the results, it gave me a proper picture of my vaginal microbiome rather than just a vague "normal" or "abnormal". Would happily recommend to clients wanting to get to the root of recurring issues rather than just treating symptoms.
This test was incredibly helpful in identifying microbial imbalance. They also provide some basic tips to manage the results or the option to consult with someone for a more comprehensive plan.
