Not sure
I tested my tsh before taking these then took a couple of months then tested again and they had no effect on lowering my tsh. Maybe I didn’t take them for long enough

Good product
I took these over a period recommended to me by my health specialist. The tablets provide the main vitamins and supplementation needed for an effective and working thyroid. My thyroid levels improved slightly however as I have been doing other things alongside these tablets, I cannot say the tablet has provided me with these results. Will keep taking to see how I get on.
