Pectins, sugar, maltose syrup, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), selenium (from selenomethionine), vitamin E (as alpha tocopherol acetate), zinc citrate, pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate), vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin A (as retinol palmitate), folate (as l-methylfolate & folic acid), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), biotin, choline bitartrate, iodine (from potassium iodide), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), inositol, purified water, concentrated strawberry juice, black carotene, citric acid, strawberry flavour, sodium hexameta (stabiliser), trisodium citrate, glazing agent (carnauba wax, coconut oil), paprika red.
Suggested use
1 bear per 10-15kg bodyweight. Children aged 3-5yrs: 1 bear per day. 6-8 yrs: 2 bears per day. 9-12yrs: 3 bears per day.

Have been using these for a few years now for my two girls. I would say they are pretty healthy, it’s difficult to say how much effect vitamins have but I will continue with them! The kids love them too, I have tried others and these are the only ones they will reliably take!
