This will be a short review as I'm still testing the results. However, I can saw that after a few weeks using this, that my nails have grown at a more faster rate and have bit of a shiny gloss to them. I will continue to do another 30-day supply to see if there are noticeable changes in other areas. Ironically, I bought the stick packs because I was going to travel on a cruise within the week and i wanted something that would be easy to pack and take less room in my luggage

I love the individual packages. This way I can grab and go on a weekend vacation and not have to bring an entire canister. In terms of the product, i have noticed a change in my skins texture as well as thickness. The product tasted good, no qualms there. Would buy again.

These are so convenient ta take with me to work. The powder mixes very well in my coffee. No flavor so it doesn't change the taste of my coffee. I like the mix of ingredients and the dosage amounts of each. This is very high quality with natural ingredients which I appreciate. Made in the USA also which is a plus.
