Best glasses out there to optimise health
Unreal, it’s one of those things you gotta try it before you deny it lol. Massive positive impact on the quality of sleep I now have e thanks to these bad boys , deffo recommend for anyone who wants to get higher quality sleep and less eye straight from blue light in general

This isn't some "woo woo" product, If you are in front of screens for multiple hours a day these are a life changer. After ~1 hour of wearing them in front of computers it's amazing the difference you see after taking them off. I did not realize my eyes were so stressed without them.
