A good quality plant based
A good quality plant based protein. Does have a slightly grainy texture but this isn’t dissimilar to others I’ve tried and isn’t too noticeable when mixed into overnight oats or a smoothie. Helps me get more protein into my diet which I’ve struggled with since being pregnant due to food aversions and nausea.
