Worn comfortably throughout the day and night, it quietly tracks your health and fitness while syncing everything to the Garmin Connect™ app, with no subscription required.
Using Garmin's advanced sensor technology, CIRQA monitors health metrics including Body Battery™ energy levels, stress, sleep, heart rate, and daily activity. It also includes women's health features such as menstrual cycle tracking using skin temperature and pregnancy tracking, alongside fitness tools including Training Readiness, Training Status, and support for more than 80 activity profiles.
