This has been a fantastic addition to my nighttime routine. I use it on my neck for my thyroid and I've felt that it has given me more energy. I also have the large sized device but this gets used most nights as it is just so convenient! I am looking forward to get my thyroid antibodies tested in a few weeks to see the effectiveness.
