Suggested use
For best results, take Perfect Amino Powder 30 minutes before eating other fats or proteins, or 1–2 hours after. If that’s not possible, you’ll still benefit from up to 99% utilisation—so don’t worry! Use the following as a guide for your body weight:
Up to 110 lbs: Take 1–2 servings first thing in the morning or before bed.
110–140 lbs: Take 2 servings first thing in the morning or before bed.
140–170 lbs: Take at least 2 servings in the morning and 1 before bed.
170–200+ lbs: Take at least 2 servings in the morning and 1–2 before bed.
NOTE: When taking two servings in a day, it’s most effective to take them together, not split up.
If you work out daily: You may take 1–2 additional servings. Amino acids remain in the bloodstream for 2–3 hours; do not exceed 6 servings in one day.
If you are an elite athlete, you can increase your dose to a maximum of 6 servings.

Love this! Take one scoop every morning alongside the chocolate (hot) LMNT electrolyte (as improves the taste) As amino acids go, they never taste great (or mix well) but BodyHealth does however do recommend the LMNT + Perfect Amino combo to improve the taste.

I also find it helps take the edge off hunger during a calorie deficit or after a hard workout. I’m quite prone to feeling wired and overstimulated when stress or training load is high, and while I haven’t measured any direct impact on cortisol, it does subjectively feel like this helps buffer some of those high-cortisol feelings which, when unmanaged, can result in extreme hunger surges, energy flatness and brain fog.

Odd taste
I bought this product thinking i could enjoy, as some buyers mentioned in their reviews. To my disappointment it is not sweet and has a very synthetic taste. It leaves a nasty after taste in my mouth and I'm struggling to drink. I will try some other flavour next time.
