An excellent product, excellent at healing most digestive problems and killing parasites but you have to take it on a daily basis and give it time to work while also eliminating a lot of junk food from the diet I. e sugary drinks, biscuits, candies, chocolates, ice cream etc
This has been a staple in my gut health. Great that it's soil based as I've read these are more resilient at surviving stomach acid and making it to the gut, and this includes different strains. Has very actively contributed to bettering my gut and my digestion, and I've been using it for about a year now and will continue.
I have not yet finished this but so far I am enjoying using it because it does not bloat. I think it is a very good quality product.
This probiotics are the best I have tried. Regulated my intestinal movements immediately and helped with my energy levels and brain fog.
