I have been looking for an Omega 3 product that is easy to swallow, vegan, and has the right balance of EPA and DHA. This one has nailed it. So for me after trying many different ones, this is the best one in the market if you want capsules not liquid and want the non fishy Omega 3. Clean, no bad ingredients. All good
