Suggested use
-Remove the lid before microwaving. Maximum of 2 minutes in one go, stir and repeat if further heating is needed.
-The Lunch Box, inner dish, and sauce pot are dishwasher-safe. Place them on the top rack. Remove the lid before dishwashing, as it is not dishwasher-safe.
-All parts are freezer-safe, but avoid overfilling, as liquids expand when frozen. Always defrost fully before microwaving.
-All parts are BPA and BPS-free for peace of mind.
-If the lid is hard to open, use the back of a fork handle to press the vacuum release gap on the lid. Avoid sharp tools that could damage the silicone seal.
-If leaking occurs, check and gently adjust the silicone seal. Clean and dry the seal regularly to maintain leak-proof performance.
-To remove stubborn stains, apply bicarbonate soda to a damp cloth and clean the area. Repeat if necessary, but stains on scratched areas may be harder to remove.
-If the clip pops off, simply snap it back into place. For reattachment, close both clips simultaneously from opposite sides to avoid further issues. Ensure the lid is properly aligned with the box.
