probiotics
I bought these to complement some pre-biotic fibre I was taking and I think that these have helped post-antibiotics although I was not taking them long enough to see any benefit beyond precautionary measures.

Good for L. reuteri yogurt
This works well for L. reuteri yogurt, I prefer the tablets that I dont have to crush up myself but this also does the job

Into month 3 of taking
Into month 3 of taking 1 tablet a day. I hadnt noticed any changes until around week 3-4. Then i began to notice psoitive chnages in my physique despite no other changes to my protocols. Actually. . I had been a little slack on my diet / training during that period. These positive impact seems to have continued.

I really like these tablets – the mandarin flavour is pleasant and they’re easy to take. I’ve noticed less bloating and better digestion. I also use them to make homemade L. reuteri yoghurt, which works very well and has been great for my gut health.
