I use this for myself
I use this for myself and my dog, Rebel. When he was diagnosed with cancer his bloods showed low levels of folic acid. We started him on this with the vet's recommended dose and a few days later we noticed a huge improvement in his energy levels. Me and Rebel take this every morning. One dose for him, one for me!
