Ingredients
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, popping candy (sugar, glucose syrup, lactose [from milk], carbon dioxide, cocoa butter), lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, linalool.
Suggested use
Bath:
Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
Footbath:
Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.
Dosage:
1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium.
Storage:
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
Use within 12 months of opening.
Advisory information:
For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
The Magnesium Tingle:
On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
