I’m about to have a
I’m about to have a total knee replacement and am in considerable discomfort but the Magnesium spray not only helps me but is very soothing when I massage the oil into my knee and surrounding areas. Thank goodness I’ve found it and will most definitely use it after my operation and when I have the second knee done!

Really enjoyed at first but quite strong!
Really enjoyed this the first few uses. Created a warm feeling on the skin and did feel it helped muscles relax before bed. It does say on the packaging it can cause tingling to start but one night it did burn the skin so just be cautious. Start with very small amounts and follow the instructions. Generally nothing to worry about!
