Suggested use
Take 3 ml with water, as a tea or neat, 30 minutes before bed. May also be taken as part of your daily routine, up to 3 times per day as needed.

I'm undecided on this atm.
I'm undecided on this atm. As my sleep tracker shows I achieve less deep sleep on the nights I take this. I subjectively feel as though I sleep better on the nights I take this, but objectively the data says otherwise. Will finish the bottle off and see. . .
