This is great as it mixes magnesium types for both sleep/ relaxation and muscle recovery from the day, I take in the evening, its effective, works very well. This blend is innovative, not much on the market like it, so would recommend. Nice branding and glass jar, I have plenty supplements from this brand, I like them a lot. I like FreeSoul magnesium combo as well, it contains turmeric for inflammation, a bigger pill size, I’m happy with the two brands.
