This is the best fibre supplement I’ve tried. I’ve been taking this daily for 4 months now, and have recommended it to family and friends. It has a pleasant taste, very effective in promoting regular bowel movement, and doesn’t cause any bloating. It has made a huge difference to my gut health!

Absolutely fantastic drink! I use it as advised - first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or between meals as it also tastes great with loads of water during excersize. I definitely feel less bloating, better digestion and Im pretty sure this product is the key to that (plus motivation to workout more and eat better overall). Will continue purchasing as part of 1-2 month subscription.
