Lacks iron
This supplement is good and has more quantity of the main vitamins. The big down is the lack of iron. . . For me it meant to take an extra tablet.

I’ve felt an improvement in my overall wellbeing, my hair especially has felt stronger since taking this. I can’t speak to the fertility aspect of it yet, however I was having lighter periods for a while due to a drastic loss of weight, and this has helped it come back to its normal state. A negative aspect about this one is that having to take it 3 times a day is quite an effort remembering though, as it also means having to have some on you all the time (as most of us are not home all day).
