I use Cellular Defence whenever I feel my immune system starting to feel run down or when I sense that I might be coming down with a cold. It’s something I reach for as a supportive part of my routine during those times, especially when I’m feeling tired, stressed, or under the weather. Based on my experience, it feels like a helpful addition when my body needs extra support. I like that it’s easy to incorporate and doesn’t feel harsh or overwhelming. I don’t use it constantly, but rather intentionally, when I notice early signs that my immune system may need a boost.
