I got these on a recommendation form a friend. I didnt expect miracles but i do belive my overall wellbeing has improved. It took a good few weeks too feel the effects so you have to be patient, My digestion seems better and i just feel a bit more robust if that makes sense. not life-changing but a definite positive change.
