Dried out and poor formula
Unfortunately, the mascara I received appeared to be dried out. The formula was very dry and crumbly on application, flaky, spidery lashes looked terrible and caused some eye stinging. I also found it hard to remove which was uncomfortable. This may have been a batch issue, but sadly it’s not fit for purpose.
