I have had a couple of different products from Adaptogenic Apothecary; Freedom and Peace and I can absolutely say they are both great. The Freedom has really helped my menopause symptoms and the Peace literally gave me the best nights sleep I have had in months. Would highly recommend

I have a very difficult relationship with sleep - from having been addicted to weed and the like for years which always helped me sleep and now I am sober, this is one of the last things to sort. Because nothing else herbal is ever powerful enough I wasnt expecting much when I tried the Peace Bed time drink. However, whatever the combo of ingredients is (magical), it really works and I slept solidly. What is great is there is no heavy foggy headedness the next day. I really recommend.
I have purchased the peace blend twice, I think it is amazing! I have suffered with sleeping problems for years paired with anxiety and this lovely blend sees me into a deep slumber most nights.
