I have tried several powders from Adaptogenic Apothecary but the real game changer one for me is Power! It gives me energy in a non jittery way and seems to give me the motivation to do the work out after a long day. Would also buy the focus again. Currently on the recommended break but noticing a difference without it. I mix them with milk and hot water each morning.

I've used 'Focus' every day for 1 year and its been transformative. I work with many clients each day and so get exposed to lots of coughs and colds, but in the last 12 months I've been ill only once. I put this down to Lions Mane for sure. . .
