I was really optimistic with trying this as it has some solid data to support it. However, for me, every time I take it - and been so for 2 months now - my deep sleep takes a hit. Both EightSleep and my Ultrahuman wearable confirm this. It would be unfair of me to give it a 1 star as it's specific to the individual, for me it's not helpped, but that doesn't mean it won't for you. Worth a try and test it.
I’ve been taking magnesium before bed for a while now and had noticed some improvements in my sleep. Since introducing 8hours into my routine, things have gone to the next level - super deep sleep and I very rarely wake during the night.
Basically the Huberman stack, took all of this separately before, but somehow this still increased my oura scores ;) great value product, have subscribed I just add extra 3gr of glycine.
8hours has now been part of my daily routine for a few months. Quality product that has had a hugely positive impact of my weekly training.
