Phormula-1 is a whey protein isolate designed for use around training or as part of daily protein intake. Each serving provides 23 g of protein, with very low levels of fat and lactose. The protein comes from whey isolate that is low-temperature processed and cross-flow micro-filtered, helping preserve the natural protein structure without chemical processing. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
The fast-digesting format makes it suitable before or after exercise, or first thing in the morning. Phormula-1 mixes easily with water or milk and fits smoothly into routines that focus on regular movement, recovery, and balanced nutrition.
