Gary Brecka is a human biologist and longevity expert focused on improving wellbeing by addressing the body's needs at cellular level. His work centres on identifying root causes of dysfunction — from nutrient deficiencies and poor oxygenation to circadian misalignment — rather than treating symptoms.
Methylated Multivitamin
“You can't optimize on a cracked foundation. This is the foundation, I built this formula entirely from the science around methylation and chose bio-active nutrients: 5-MTHF folate, methylated B12, the whole co-factor panel. Your body gets what it can actually put to work, instead of a form it still has to convert first.”
H2Tab Molecular Hydrogen Tablets - Raspberry
“Hydrogen water is one of the best things you can put in the human body. Studies have shown can reduce inflammation, improve methylation and increase telomere length, amongst thousands of others.”
“The presence of oxygen is the absence of disease.”

Syncing your activities with your circadian rhythm can improve your mental health. Engage in stimulating activities during the day and a calming evening routine.
MIND
To maintain good health, I prioritise activities that ensure proper oxygenation of my body, such as regular exercise, deep breathing, and spending time in fresh air.
SLEEP
